I Dig Crystals offers the following Returns Policy: 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, kindly contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will happily offer you an exchange or refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
30-day free Repairs: We offer a 30 day free repair for any handmade I Dig Crystals item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Q: How can I view the status of my order? Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page at http://www.idigcrystals.com/servlet/Service. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. You may also check our e-giftcard balance here.
Q: What are your shipping costs? You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. In general, all Domestic USA orders will be shipped Free.
International orders will be shipped via Priority Mail starting at $13.95 for Canada and $15.95 for other countries. Express Mail is highly recommended for International orders as this option includes insurance, tracking and timely delivery.
