What are your shipping costs?
Domestic USA orders will be shipped via USPS First Class for FREE. Priority Mail starting at $7.95 and Express Mail starting at $23.95.

International orders will be shipped via Priority Mail starting at $13.95 for Canada and $18.95 for other countries. Express Mail is highly recommended for International orders as this option includes insurance, tracking and timely delivery.

When will my product ship?
We like to ship your items out the same day that payment clears. However, upon unforeseen circumstances, we may ship out within 2 days of the order placed. If there are any delays, we will email you to inform you of the shipping status. Please make sure your email address on file is correct!

Is my package insured?
We automatically include insurance for packages over $100. If you would like to insure a package below $100, please contact us to add insurance to your invoice.

Where is my international package?
Please check with your country's customs department regarding any extra duty charges your package may incur. Although we ship your package out immediately, there may be delays in your country's customs department. Please have patience. You may want to upgrade to Express Mail shipping for speedier service.
